Reservations & Payment:
All reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation may be subject to full charges.
3.
No-Show Policy:
If the passenger fails to appear at the designated pickup location without prior notice, the full fare will be charged.
4.
Wait Time:
For airport pickups, we allow a complimentary wait time of 60 minutes after the flight’s arrival. For all other pickups, a 15-minute grace period is provided. Additional wait time will be charged accordingly.
5.
Vehicle Cleanliness &
Damage:
Clients are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning required due to their actions or those of their guests during service. Cleaning or repair fees will be applied as necessary.
6.
Liability:
Apex Luxury Limousine LLC is not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by weather conditions, traffic, road closures, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to provide timely service under such conditions.
7.
Passenger Conduct:
We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger or group behaving in a manner deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate by our chauffeurs.
8.
Privacy Policy:
We value your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with our posted Privacy Notice.
9.
Changes to Terms:
Apex Luxury Limousine LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
